Amlou.dk started as a small personal project. I’ve been making Amlou at home for years, and every time friends or family tasted it, they told me the same thing — “You should start selling this.” So here we go! People loved the flavour, the simplicity and the Berber tradition behind it. So I finally decided to turn it into something real. Amlou.dk is my way of sharing a piece of Morocco with Denmark, made in small batches with care, honesty and good ingredients.
